COMMUNICATION POLICY

PHONE COMMUNICATION

Our clinic may conduct recalls and reminders via telephone calls and/or text messages to confirm or notify you of any changes to your scheduled appointment and for any recalls that require urgent or non-urgent attention.

Telephone consultations are currently available in our practice, but you must be a patient who has visited our clinic in the last 12 months as per Medicare's guidelines.

If you need to leave a message with the doctor or have any enquiries, our reception staff will be happy to take down your message and contact details. We will be in touch on the same day or at the time we inform you.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

Emails sent to the practice will be replied to within 1-3 days. Our doctors do not conduct consultations through email. Please be aware that due to the nature of emails, security cannot be guaranteed for sensitive information, and with the receipt of your emails, you understand the risks.


If you need an immediate response, please call the practice instead.
